The Saxony Sibaya

The Saxony Sibaya situated along KZN’s North Coast

The Saxony Sibaya is located in what has become one of KwaZulu-Natal’s most sought-after nodes, Sibaya Coastal Precinct. Ideally located along the North Coast, The Saxony Sibaya is only 10-minutes away from King Shaka International Airport and 5-minutes from the popular Umhlanga area. The Sibaya Coastal Precinct is currently under construction and transforming the North Coast landscape.

With approximately 1000 hectares of splendour, nature and opulent living harmoniously merged into one area, Sibaya Coastal Precinct has distinguished itself as a remarkable place along KwaZulu-Natal’s North Coast. The development plan and architectural mastermind of the entire precinct has been woven into the natural, existing landscape to ensure the raw and true beauty is upheld and preserved. The vision is to connect people to nature, family and the community.

Residents will experience Sibaya Coastal Precinct and discover different vicinities through a beautifully designed boulevard, called the Heleza Boulevard. This feature will stretch across 20 meters in width and become the heartbeat of the precinct; connecting the retail with residential and commercial, as well as providing a safe and beautiful pathway for families to walk on, runners to train along and cyclists to ride through.

In addition, there are 75kms of natural walking paths, elevated boardwalks and trails. Nature will be the playground for residents, as 350 hectares of lush coastal forest and 6.5kms of beach is right on their doorstep. Buildings throughout the locale will be designed and tailored to work with the inherent backdrop. With transport systems put in place, commercial office opportunities, medical facilities, schools, shopping centres and stylish restaurants; residents will not need to travel far for premier amenities.
